Gary Albrecht, a partner with Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. for over a decade, focuses his practice on the acquisition, financing, brokerage, development and sales of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on leasing. Mr. Albrecht is a highly regarded attorney for his work in national commercial real estate, and has advised landlords, tenants, and both ‘big box’ and smaller retail chains.
