Radiance Walters has directed her legal practice to include domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, and litigation matters in federal court and proceedings before the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. A member of DLA Piper’s Washington D.C. offices, Ms. Walters practices out of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology, Trademark, Copyright and Media practice group. Radiance is also a contributor to the firm’s blog, Re:Marks on Copyright and Trademark, where she discusses copyright and trademark issues along with a team of DLA Piper attorneys.
