Sui Generis, a New York Law Blog
Sui Generis is an online source for commentary on civil rights issues, recent decisions and other issues of interest to New York litigators and New York criminal law practioners. Decisions from all Appellate Divisions and the New York Court of Appeals are summarized with a focus on cases of interest to civil litigators and criminal practitioners. Important updates regarding the rules and procedures for the federal and New York appellate courts are also provided on a regular basis. The blog is authored by Nicole Black who publishes two other blogs: Legal Antics and Woman Lawyers – Back on Track.
