Acceptance of Terms
By using LexMonitor, you are agreeing that you have read and will abide by the terms Terms of Service ("Terms") outlined below. All users will be held accountable for the information included herein, and violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of use and further action if necessary.
If you do not agree with the Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, please do not access LexMonitor or use the services provided therein. LexBlog, Inc. will not be held accountable for failure to abide by the following policy. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change/modify these Terms of Service at any time. In addition to the aforementioned content, you understand that Services may also include:
- Advertisements, provided by both LexBlog, Inc. and third-party organizations. These advertisements are necessary to keep LexMonitor free and up-to-date.
- Communications from LexMonitor's editorial staff about updates and changes to the site.
- Like any website, access to LexMonitor requires a computer, Internet connection and other necessary equipment. LexBlog, Inc. will not provide these resources for you, and is not responsible for any problems or fees that may arise from using this equipment.
Privacy & Protecting Your Password
We do our best to ensure your privacy when using LexMonitor, but you also have a certain degree of responsibility for maintaining the integrity of your account and/or author profile.
When claiming author profiles, users will receive an e-mail with appropriate instructions for completing their profile. Do not share your password and/or log in credentials with anyone. LexBlog, Inc. will not be held liable for vandalism, deletion or other actions perpetuated by individuals with whom you've shared this personal information. You will also be held responsible for any content posted by individuals logged in with your user name.
To ensure that you are not held responsible for the malicious actions of others, make sure to:
- Completely close out of your web browser each time you finish using LexMonitor
- Alert our editors anytime you feel your log in credentials may have been lost/stolen/otherwise compromised

Much of the content and advertisements on LexMonitor include links to outside websites. LexBlog, Inc. does not have any control whatsoever over the content included on these websites. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are clicking these links at your own risk, and that LexBlog, Inc. will be held liable for neither the interactions you may have as a result of doing so or any loss/damage/trauma it may incur.
Legal Advice
All information provided at LexMonitor exists purely for informational and/or entertainment value; unless specifically mentioned otherwise, none of the content included herein is intended as legal advice.
Limitations of Liability
Except as otherwise noted in these Terms, you understand and agree that LexBlog, Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred from use of our services.
Right to Terminate
By visiting LexMonitor and agreeing to these Terms, you understand that LexBlog, Inc. may, under any circumstance and without prior notice, take any of the following actions:
- Deletion of your author account/profile;
- Removal of your blog and all associated posts from our database;
- Ban your e-mail address or any e-mail addresses from a domain recognized as belonging to someone who has violated these Terms.
You also have the right to request any of the above action be taken if you prefer to not have your work included in LexMonitor. To request content removal, e-mail our editorial manager Rob La Gatta.
Unless otherwise stated, you agree that neither LexBlog, Inc. nor the advertisers and/or bloggers featured at LexMonitor shall be held liable to you or any third party for modification, suspension or other barring of access to our services.
